.He won the US elections on a single word "change".But there came no change.Only a face of failed Politician and a powerless US president.In spite of watching a success in Afghanistan,His Policies even created more chaos.His policies of Good and Bad Taliban,reducing the Budget of domestic spending,Increase in the money Paid to Pakistan led to his recent echoing defeat in US mid term elections.
Why are we Keeping our expectation too high from Him when He is known now,"more for promises", less for actions".This time the "Potus" is not as powerful as he used to be.He is lost in the Falling US economy and Rising of China in International Scenario.Bill Clinton once said",Its all Economy stupid".The statement now makes an impact.His country is in a mess at the moment.He has to take some hard steps to safe guard its interest but He is finding himself incapable of.His options are getting limited Day by day.He wants the Ohio Outsourcing Ban to stay and he supports it.But His Usual Diplomacy shows that he is concerned for Indian Outsourcing Market.
We need to stand Hard with them.We need to tell them that we are as much important in the Long term partnership as much you are.If you have Demands ,we have too.You help us,We help you But a firm message that we cannot be played down should be sent.
This is a new century.This century will be known for change in power shift.If last century belonged to USA and USSR , this belongs to India and China(Asia).Obama is the first US President to feel the Heat of change but certainly not the last.Indian Government is ready to welcome Obama as a Partner not as a Leader and Obama needs to understand this.US can no longer Projects itself as world Leader.It is loosing its throne and Obama is going to feel the Heat too.
Remember Obama is Obama,not a Mama of India to Give us everything we want.He will Put his economy first.
i agree we need to show them that this century belongs to India but why China???? We don't share a very good relationship with china on various issues those need our attention....Is there any possible way to leave china behind in this race??? Being a small nation, are we capable of doing this wonder????
ReplyDeleteWe need to accept China will be leading the world economy far ahead of us.But we must know that our economy is constructive but China's is somehow self-destructive or you can say self-implicating.They are using the resources extensively without considering the future.The Long term may be ours but at present China is way ahead of us.
